The task management dashboard gives you a complete overview of all your ongoing and upcoming tasks. This will help you get a much better understanding of the tasks you are assigned to, and ensure that you are always on top of your contract execution. Last but not least, the dashboard will also make task management more efficient as you can manage your tasks centrally from one list.
The task dashboard is an important feature in our efforts to help you manage your contracts throughout their entire lifecycle since it makes both the pre and the post-signature execution of your contracts much easier. You must be either on our Collaboration plan or Integrate plan to access this essential contract lifecycle management feature that helps you fulfil your contractual obligations, meet your deadlines, and stay on top of important renegotiations which will give you important advantages in the negotiation phase.
Let us take a closer look at the task management dashboard, and how you can use it to improve your workflow.
As you can see on this screenshot, the task management dashboard gives you a great summary of all the tasks you have. You can switch between the tasks you are following, and the ones that are assigned to you. You can even decide to display completed tasks on the list as well.
You can sort the list of tasks in numerous ways in the top right-hand corner. The list will show you the title of the task, who is assigned to it, what type of tasks it is, when it is due, when it was created, and what document it is attached to.
If you click on the document link on the far right of a task, you will open the contract the task is attached to. In that way, you will quickly get an overview of the document and all information related to it.
The icon to the left of the task title will enable you to complete tasks directly from the lists of tasks in your dashboard. Just click on the checkmark, and the task will be marked as completed.
If you click anywhere else on the task in the dashboard, the specific task will open. As shown in the screenshot just above this paragraph, you will be able to view and edit the task. You can add reminders, change the due date, and add more information. The aim is to make task management as smooth and efficient as possible.
