Do you have contract templates that you always send to the same person/people? An example of this could be documents for a board meeting that must be sent and signed by all the board members monthly. You can avoid entering all the personal and signature details every time you send the contract by saving them in your template.
How to save party and signature details in a template
Step 1: Go to Templates and open the template you want to edit.
Step 2: Fill in the party details at the top of the template. If needed you can add more parties.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the template fill in the signature field. If needed you can add more signees as well.
Step 4: Press Save changes.
The party and signature details have now been saved on the template. Next time you create a new draft from this template, the parties and signature details are already filled in!
