Managing the permissions of your team members and viewers

Allow team members to view each others' documents and give permission to team viewers to view team members' documents.

The access to view another user's documents is managed on the user level. This means that you can allow one user complete insight into another user's stored contracts.

Grant permission to view another user's documents

1. Go to the Team tab and find the team member/viewer whose access rights you want to manage.

2. Press the Add permissions button next to the name of the member/viewer.

3. Use the search bar to find the account(s) the user should be able to overview.

4. Press enter/select the user to finish.


Remove permission to view another user's documents

1. Go to the Team tab and find the team member/viewer whose access you want to manage.

2. Press the Add permissions button next to the name of member/viewer.

3. Click the x next to the user you want to remove.

Please be aware that you can't grant yourself or your team members' permission to view a team viewer's documents.
