Learn how easily you can create a contract template from a signed contract

Did you make a great contract that you want to be able to use over and over? No problem! You can easily create a contract template from a signed contract.

Contract to template

Hint: This guide doesn't just work for signed contracts. It works for signed, pending, and rejected contracts alike.

Step 1: Open the contract you want to create a new template from.

Step 2: Click Save as a new draft.

Step 3: Click Open this draft.

Step 4: Once you opened the new draft click on the three small dots in the top right-hand corner.

Step 5: Click Save as a new template.

Step 6: You can now click Open new template to open and edit your new template (if needed).

That's it! Your new template has now been created!

You can now delete the draft you created in step 2 or use it for another contract.

If you want to create a new template from a draft you just perform steps 4 through 6. Easy as that.
