Duplicating documents can save you a lot of time and help you send out multiple contracts seamlessly and effortlessly.

You can duplicate drafts in two different places

Option one

  1. Find the draft you want to duplicate in Drafts under the Documents tab.
  2. Click on the three small dots to the very right of the draft's title.
  3. Choose Duplicate draft

Option two

  1. Find the draft you want to duplicate in Drafts under the Documents tab.
  2. Open the draft.
  3. Click on the three small dots at the top right-hand corner.
  4. Choose Save as a new draft

Create a new draft from an existing contract

You can also create a new draft from a signed, pending, or rejected contract. To do so just:

  1. Locate the contract you want to create a new draft from.
  2. Open the contract.
  3. Click Save as a new draft at the top right-hand corner.

You can duplicate documents as many times as you need to.
